I founded The Stella Way to provide innovative coaching and consulting while empowering clients to build sustainable and scalable course models.
I have designed, implemented, delivered, and moderated many training courses in my career. Experience within businesses where no prior training systems existed, designing internal and external onboarding systems from scratch. As part of a course coordination team, I designed and validated full packages delivered within the accredited vocational training system in Australia.
I have successfully executed projects to redesign learning content, create scaffolding education, and launch online courses.
During my career, I have worked alongside companies where education and professional development is said to be of importance, but it is not a priority - resulting in poor training programs, decreased staff loyalty, and an all-over poor learning journey.
Now, I support business owners who are ready to scale their business to create online courses that focus on their client's transformations, so they can finally have the time and money freedom they have been working hard for.
